Have y’all ever just been scrolling through facebook and just seeing people that you went to school with and such just doing big things in life?
Things you just TALK about doing but never got a move on?
Travelling the world and stuff.
And what are you doing? Nothing.
You ever just KNOW that you could’ve been one of those people. You know that you are just as intelligent, even more than some of those people? That you could have been graduating from Spelman College 2 years early as well, shadowing a doctor, taking trips to places like Argentina and New Zealand?
You’re not even jealous, you’re legitimately happy for them. You just wish you would have had the motivation and dedication they did.
I never thought I would have regrets about life at 21.
I want to say that I’m about to get serious about my stuff.
I want to say that I’m gonna take over the world
I want to say I’m going to stop bullshitting.
But what good is saying it.
